Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, and Boston Celtics. Notably, he was the runner-up to
Kobe Bryant in the 1997 NBA Slam Dunk Contest.
Following his NBA career, Carr played professionally in Europe before transitioning to
coaching. He founded the 43 Hoops Basketball Academy in Hopkins, Minnesota, focusing on
youth development. Carr served as the head coach for Eden Prairie High School's girls varsity
team and held assistant coaching positions at Kansas State University. In 2021, he joined Drury
University as an assistant coach for the men's basketball team.
In recognition of his contributions to the sport, Carr was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall
